Terms and Conditions of Use of the Appy Bonsai application

1. Introduction
   These Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter "TCU") govern the use of the Appy Bonsai mobile application (hereinafter "the application"), developed and managed by Mickaël Certain EI - AppyBonsai. The application is intended for the management of bonsai cultivation and collections.

2. Acceptance of Terms
   By downloading and using the application, you agree to be bound by these TCU. If you do not accept these terms, you should not use the application.

3. Collection and Use of Personal Data
   The application collects the following data: first name, last name, city, country, password, photos, and videos of your bonsai equipment. These data are used for the management of your account and to provide the application's functionalities. We commit to protecting your personal data and to complying with current data protection regulations.

4. Registration and User Accounts
   To use the application, you must create an account by providing accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for the security of your password and your account.

5. Application Features and Versions
   The application offers two versions: a limited free version and an unlimited Premium version accessible through a monthly subscription. The details of the functionalities available for each version are specified in the application.

6. Subscription to the Premium Version
   

   The Premium version grants the user who has subscribed to a monthly or annual subscription the following rights:

   • Unlimited addition of bonsais (limited to 5 without subscription)
   • Unlimited addition of pots (limited to 5 without subscription)
   • Unlimited addition of rocks (limited to 5 without subscription)
   • Unlimited addition of tools (limited to 5 without subscription)
     
     

   When the subscription to the Premium version expires, the user will only have access to their first 5 records (5 bonsais, 5 pots, 5 rocks, and 5 tools). Additions of bonsais, pots, rocks, and tools recorded beyond 5 records after subscribing will remain visible but inaccessible. The user will be offered to renew their subscription when attempting to access these records beyond the threshold of 5.

   Subscription to the Premium version is made through the Apple and Google Play Store platforms. The conditions of payment, cancellation, and refund are governed by the policies of these platforms.

7. User Responsibilities
   You are responsible for the use of the application and the information you store in it. We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

8. Modifications to the TCU
   We reserve the right to modify these TCU at any time. Modifications will take effect upon their publication.
