Introduction
These Terms of Use ("Terms") set out the rules for accessing and using the Appy Bonsai application. They also clarify the rights and responsibilities of users as well as the obligations of the developer. By using this app, the user agrees to these Terms in full. 4.1. Free Version: Provides basic features for managing up to 3 bonsai trees, 3 pots, 3 stones, and 3 tools. This version is intended for a preliminary experience of the app's features.
4.2. Premium Version: Offers advanced features, including unlimited bonsai collection management, as well as analysis and planning tools.
5. Premium Subscription
5.1. The Premium Subscription provides the following benefits:

Access to exclusive features for optimized collection management.
5.2. Subscriptions are managed through the Apple and Google Play platforms and are subject to their payment and refund policies.
5.3. Subscription Expiry: If not renewed, only the first 3 records of each category will remain accessible. Other data will remain visible but inactive until the subscription is renewed.
6. User Content Management
6.1. Users can add texts, photos, and other content. Users commit to complying with applicable laws, particularly regarding copyright and privacy.
6.2. Appy Bonsai reserves the right to manage or delete any content deemed inappropriate, violating the Terms, or reported by other users.
6.3. Users retain intellectual property rights over added content, while granting Appy Bonsai a non-exclusive license to use the content within the app's context.
6.4. Data Sharing: When sharing data (texts or photos), users guarantee that they hold all necessary rights. Responsibility for any infringement of third-party rights lies solely with the user.
